Katovian Sport horse standard:
Temperament:
Friendly, intelligent and focused. Katovians are very easy keepers and outgoing, they seek out humans just to interact with them, even to the point of getting in the way of chores on the farm.
Types:
Katovian sport horses range in size from 17 to 10 hands, as in all living animals there can be taller or smaller individuals depending on the bloodline of the foal. The Katovian horse have differing looks from light to heavy boned individuals, but which ever type of Katovian you purchase, you will have the friendliest pony around. Average size for Draft type is 17h, Standard type is 15h and Pony type is 13h.
Coat color:
All coat types are represented including curly coat in the Katovian sport horses, including eye colors. Katovians come in solid, paint and spotted color patterns, but the most common color is the appaloosa(spotted) coat pattern. Katovian sport horses are very colorful and very flashy as well.

Caramel Delight - Chocolate Palomino Sabino Tobiano Appaloosa Rabicano - Near Leopard Riding Horse

He stands at 16.1 hands tall and has 1.27 bone weight. He was made perfectly consistent and has 15.2PT score. Why I think you will like him: he has adorable large spots almost all over his body, he also sabino and tobiano carrier and homozygous for satin gene.

At only 11.3 hands tall he is loaded with less common in genes: Non-dun 1, Gray, Tiger Eye, Agouti Promoter, DFP1, Sooty+ and more. He also carries HMGA2 Height Regulator, which makes him a miniature. I bred him to 3 mares, Warmbloods and Drafts and all of the foals were ponies. I suspect he should also be able to produce Cobs too when crossed with Draft mares or/and brindle horses when crossed with other DFP1-DFP2 horses. My other recommendation is to pair him to Golden Champagne horses to produce extra shiny red horses.

The first double boosted Powder White stallion on a server! He is only 11.3 hands tall and has bone weight of 11.4. He carries less common genes like Non-dun 1, Gray, Sooty+, DFP2 (requires gene license), Belton, and snowflake. He is also Frame carrier, so be mindful of that. I suspect he should be able to produce brindle (striped) horses when bred to DFP1/DFP2 mares. My other recommendation is to pair him to Golden Champagne mares to produce extra shiny red horses.

Somehow I did not have him entered in breeder clubs year 71, so he failed to receive any ribbons as a yearling. (?!?! oops)

~With DP/DP and Sty/Sty+ you are almost guaranteed those deep dark coats that white patterns stand out on.
~With W15 you have a 50% chance of KIT color on solid mares.
~With -/LP, -/PATN1 & -/snow you have a chance for Appaloosa foals on solid mares.
~Like all breedings, use caution when mixing KIT alleles.

His first season straws will be 550 hbs.

Futurity locked foals will receive a refund for their straw fee!

Introducing RKO Haven Estate's newest breed of Arabian type horses the Katdolphin sport horse. When I was growing up one of my favorite books "Drinker of the Wind" by Carl Raswan, this book of course about a horse called Sham also called the Godolphin Arabian and one of the founding sires of the Thoroughbred breed that we know today. So in honor of this prolific stud I created the Katdolphin sport horse, I first called my new breed Katabic but I just needed to change the name and as I pondered what I should change it to Sham popped into my head, so this is my new breed and also my first attempt at a project horse. About the breed:

Katdolphin horses are Arabian type horses, they have a variety of sizes and looks from the Polish Arabian to the Crabbet Arabian. RKO Haven Estates have been working on perfecting this breed to become an all around mount for any type of equine discipline. Any eye color is excepted including one light and one dark eye color on the same horse but this rare. Horse sizes 14hds and up to 17hd but this is of course depending on the horse's bloodline. The Katdolphin has a sweet nature unlike it's pure Arabian counter parts but has the look of the many Arabian breeds one can think of. Coat color of the Katdolphin is of any solid color with some minimal white markings but again depending on bloodline can be very flashy. Patched and spotted coat color is not excepted but can happen. The Katdolphin horse is an over all beautiful and good natured work partner for anyone who loves the look of Arabians but without all the drama the goes with the hot nature of Arabian type horses.

Color:
Any solid coat color is excepted with minimal white markings but more white could occur depending on the Katdolphin's bloodline. Other coat color patterns may happen but is very uncommon again it is depending on the pedigree and bloodline.
Eye color :
Any eye color is excepted including heterochromic color eyes.
Size:
Katdolphin's size can be 14hds to 17hds at the withers but other heights can occur. The average height is standard horse sizes which is around 15 hands and may have light to medium bone sizes.
Temperament:
Katdolphin's temperament is calm and sweet natured, they enjoy interacting with humans and will actively seek them out. The Katdolphin horses are flashy and fiery while showing off their grace of movement but that is where the hot nature display ends, needless to say Katdolphin Arabian type horses are great Liberty class competitors and just love to strut their magnificence for all to see and even the mares will exhibit this tendency, in other words Katdolphins are great big hams so if you have a camera or phone be very aware of a Katdolphin running straight at you expecting a photo shoot to commence so be ready you are about to get a show that you will remember.

Prefix and acronyms are my stable name and CAPA or PACA basically CA for Crabbet bc and PA for Polish Arabian breed characteristic. The stallions use the CA bc and the mares use the PA bc.
