Upon clicking on them, they have no button where it says I can breed with them. Refreshing the page does nothing.

Am I missing something? Is my game broken? Its worked months before when I bred.

My more specific questions are
1. What qualifies as an official position? Does that mean a paid position and not volunteer jobs like being a mod?
2. What qualifies a website to be "competing" with Hunt and Jump?
