He has the Splash M gene, which I currently do not have the license for, but it's on his second DNA strand which is at 0% inheritance, so I have been able to breed him.

For some reason though, this month I haven't been able to breed him. When I try I get this message:

"The sire or dam of this horse has a closed gene which you do not own the license for (Splash M). You must purchase a foundation horse with this gene to breed it."

Yesterday I looked to my pastures and got the usual message that I can't breed until a certain date unless I make a purchase. Today I paid and altered a horse, but when I got to both my pastures, it's odd.

It says everything normally (cost, how many horses, ect.) and no warning against me being able to breed them. But, the "breed this pasture" button is no where to be found on either pasture. Is this happening to anyone else? I'm a bit confused here. My stud has sired well over 50 foals this breeding season (via live cover and Straws) yet only 14 show up on his foal record.

I've sent most of the foals he has sired to auction, when foals are sold to the Hunt & Jump bidder are they just deleted?
