Then I can take this horse and compare him to other colts and have approximate understanding of their breeding ability.

Is this wrong? Does generation affect breeding ability beyond standard paper levels? Basically if a colt is of generation 4 and has A papers does it mean he actually has sort of A++ papers that are not achievable for horses in gen 3?

How am I able to breed foals that have high point counts? I’ve bred several with mares that have been in the pasture more than 30 days, and both parents had a high point count, but the foals didn’t. Pointed Creates If horses you own have less than 60,000 points combined, and all horses you have ever created have less than 100,000 points combined you will be able to make pointed creates. That means you can sell up to 40,000 points to other players. A good strategy is to sell horses created with less than 200 points to make space for higher pointed horses. Sell these horses for their "Current Lifetime Payout" which can be found by opening that horse's page.


I'm not sure how to actually make a Pointed Create. Is that an option in Create a Horse? Also, why would other players purchase my sub 200 point horses? I think I might be missing something haha.

I went out of my way to search for very nice crosses, and yesterday evening I made about 20 with all red mares x B stallions and literally all but one were: 'this is not a very good foal for this cross'.

Now I have a mare which should be a 'good' producer with a stallion that is 'exceptional' and they still give me: 'this is not a very good foal'. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa..... Am I doing something wrong? Is it too late in the season? Or is it just luck based?

I'm a returning player and boy oh boy, the number of Kit complexes has expanded a LOT since I was last online. Can anyone give me examples of what the different Kit genes look like in the game? I'm mostly interested in DDW, M, W15 and W29?

I tried to use the search function but the ones I found have so many other flashy genes that it's hard to tell what is the kit and what is another gene.

I also was wondering where Sab2 and 3 went? Can someone please explain why? Dam has W10/M and Sire has M/M. The genetics guide says that homozygous W10 is lethal, but in my case it couldn't be homozygous, only W10/M. My stud, Lion Charger III, is a completely closed stud to the public, basically meaning that he is a private stud, and that any breeding is considered to be “private breeding.” As he is also a double boosted stud, I can’t breed to him myself to boost him on the boards. That’s where I need the help — I’m looking for only a few barns who would be interested in breeding and Futurity locking high show quality foals from him. There would mostly likely be the requirement of maxing and making each foal perfectly consistent too.

In return, each season I will send free unlimited straws to barns to keep producing and Futurity locking foals. I plan to send 10 or 15 straws each time, and then for more, you will have to private message me again to let me know you’re ready for another round.

Like I said, I’m only looking for a few more barns, because I already have 1 Private breeder and they’re absolutely amazing for helping me test run this project for the first time (Thank you @Arayla!), and it was just a fun little idea I had to help my private stud.

There are a few things that I prefer each foal being, and I would absolutely love to keep any breeders along these guidelines when breeding:
- I prefer foals to be 14.5+ PT (I know you can’t control this but since Charger is a double boosted horse, you kinda need better breeding stock to produce foals that will do better on the boards).
- This also correlates with my next point; Charger has a higher AFPT compared to ReCharge, and as a Private stud, I intend to keep it on the higher side. I have a double boosted mare that follows this same restriction (majority of her foals are 15 PT or higher [because of cloning]). And of course, I’ll probably send some of those double boosted embryos to barns who are helping me out.
- I also prefer barns who have their own breeding horses (specifically that are double boosted), or even have access to higher quality mares to breed with. Like I mentioned before, it just works so much smoother in my opinion. If on the other hand you don’t have the money/GMT flow to support a project this big, but you have the horses, I will most definitely work something out with you so that I send just a few straws at a time (which have zero expiration) so that you can build up on foals who will start to win you GMTs (or HBs if you sell the locked foals) to support even more foals in the future.
- And then finally, all foals should be futurity locked. All straws don’t have an expiration so it would be super helpful if barns wanting to get the free straws don’t hoard them (And yes, I know I’m a hoarder when it comes to straws too). This is simply easier so then I will never run out of straws to send to barns, and all barns will still benefit from this.
