They are going from 1/3 to 1/2 of their points (current lifetime payout) typically for the fastest turn around. Since they are young, you can ask a little more (i.e. 1/2 of the brindle breakout's lifetime payout) so about 12,500 hbs for that one (more or less depending on how quickly you need to move stock).

For rarer rank specials such as bronze age or 1x only herd helpers released by ammit, people might ask for more.
