    I got a message from my gifter, however i dont know how to respond to it, lol. When i click on 'see messages from gifter' nothing shows up? This is my first go around with the gift exchange and just want to make sure im able to respond.

    I don't see anything that suggests they sent you anything. What makes you think you were sent a message? The gift icon will popup in the header next to the chat icon if you have a message waiting.

    I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

    Yes the gift icon was there. I clicked it and it said that my gifter sent a message. Message was "what can i help you with lol ask away" but i scrolled down to click the 'see messages from your gifter' and there was nothing there. It disappeared...
