If I have no licenses, can I bid on a horse that has licensed genes or no, and if I can, would it give me the licenses? Just wondering!

If you do not possess the license, you will not be able to place a bid.
It'll inform you of which license you need to do so. But it will not transfer.

You can buy spayed mares and geldings but not intact horses with the genes.Need to contact me? Read this first.
