Can't refund s+

    Apparently I added s+ to this horse (changed sty to s+) and he's only aga his sire so doesn't fit my breeding program. I went to refund the gene, since I won't be breeding him, however it isn't an option to refund?

    I would love to geld him for the show barn, but I don't want to lose the gmts I spent.

    You have two weeks to refund it. How long ago was it. Also it was only 1 GMT not the full cost since he is lined if that helps.
