    I was told by my gifter they got me the platinum license, however I ¿think? I already had it.

    There's no way for me to know if I received it.

    Please help.

    Also if I did indeed already have the license is there a way to refund it for my gifter? So they aren't out the money?

    Yes, it looks like they sent you a second copy for some reason. If they want to do something about that they will need to message me though.
