Can’t buy a breeding boost?

I’m trying to buy a 5% breeding boost. I have exactly 200 IVs. I clicked the buy the boost and the page refreshed so I thought I was good. I went to boost the horse and it told me I didn’t have a boost token so I went back to the place to buy boosts and clicked on it again. Now it tells me I don’t have enough IVs. I checked my transactions and they show the IV purchase. The boost hasn’t shown up anywhere. And I appear to still have 200IVs.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. -
Try with 201Sorry not currently taking any request for egg/straw/horse sales. Everything I have for sale is already listed.
