Wrong account posted to Forum

Hello I was writing a post for my one account as I was signes into it and not realizing it was being posted on this account and not my other one. I was wondering if that happened to anyone else and how do you fix it? Right now this thread was a breeding thread now I changes it to a help thread.

Sign out on the forum. Simply scroll to bottom of this page (on mobile) and click the "Sign out" bottom right, and it's grey.
On desktop it's at the top right of the page "sign out"
Then sign into the correct account and go to forum.
To prevent in the future when you go to the forum it'll say which account is signed in at the top.
