    For some reason I’m blanking when it comes to this question, but the only way to get higher than 15 PT is by cloning the horse, or is it possible to get one by maxing and making the horse perf. Con.?

    P.S. I may or may not be in the process of making my new breeding stallion since Lion X Charge is coming of age and might be needing to retire soon
