Missing In-house breeding and public options

Is anyone else missing the option to breed in-house mares and/or the option to list stallions/mares for public breeding?
Mares are of age, in a barn and unbred.
Stallion is not at the 50 limit and is in a barn.
No restricted genes.
Linking a mare that is not able to be bred in house:

Listing a stallion I can’t seem to put up to the public:

It's showing up fine for me (with my horses).
