    I know that with a basic upgrade, my horses train automatically (which is good, because otherwise I suspect I'd forget).

    Do horses train in pasture, or only when they're in the barn?

    Pretty sure they still train in pasture. When there was still a separate page and drop-down for training, I think I remember seeing my pasture mare names in there.

    They do still train in pasture, I've noticed it takes a day or two for all my horses to show up as trained for week but the pasture mares do get trained!
