Miniature Horse

How do I acquire a horse breed of 'miniature'? Smallest I can create is a Pony. I have the AMH unlocked for Breed Characteristic. Is this something I unlock later down the road, or is special to upgrades?

How am I able to see these genes on my horses?
I found the gene license, does it mean I cannot breed horses with A/A unless I have it? Or can I purchase -/A and breed them myself to make miniatures?
How small is too small to show? -
You can buy or breed miniature horses. A specific herd helper to look for is koledari. I have a few stallions who are heterozygous for the gene that are up for stud."You, sir, are a fish." -Arthur Morgan
