Breeding quality and show quality (training ability) are separate Factors. Typically a horse’s paper level can tell you their breeding ability. While PT tells you their performance ability. However, and this is where it gets more confusing, higher breeding quality horses typically produce horses with higher PTs lol.

I usually run all my horses thru The breeding advice test on the control panel. It will Geld/Spay anything not worth breeding. Starting out in the game, you want a lot of show horses so, anything that doesn’t pass breeding advice, you can still keep and show them.

Thank you all. If I were looking to raise up my breed for fame(?) and or selling? What are people looking for? Or maybe I just don't understand the the game at it's core.

Build up a barn of show horses. That will make you money. Selling to other players really is not a way to make much profit.
