ISO Era 9 4th generation Colt and Any Gen Straws

This feels like a long shot for sure but I have a good few 4th generation Colt mares that I don’t want to breed to my own stallions… really looking to bring in some outside lines here.
ANY budget for these things!
Willing to purchase a colt of any age, ideally unbred with max quality parents.
Also looking to purchase any Era 9 Straws from any generation.
