HB Deplete 2x After buying IVs

I bought 5 IVs, my HBs went from 166k to 103k (roughly), then I refreshed again and now they're at 41k. I also now have 10 IVs instead of 5. Not sure what this issue could be related to, and I'm not at all distressed about the HB loss, just not sure why everything is doubling. Thank you for your help!

I believe Ammit has mentioned previously, it is not advised to refresh or reload on purchase pages as it causes the purchases to sometimes duplicate
