Pastures did not breed automatically

I have several pastures; they have mares and stallions added. The stallions are all three-year-olds and the mares are all over four and under twenty.
However, it is now July 16 and they have produced no foals.
I saw a note in one of the threads that you might be removing the auto-breeding function, but I don't see in the change log that that was done.
So I'm not quite sure what's going on. -
It was up int the right hand corner in News & Alerts. No auto breeding effective 7/10
