Does auction ending auto delete horse for base price?

Google said that the horse will be deleted from the game at the price of 2.5k if nothing is bidded higher than that. Is it true?

The auction bidder will buy a horse back for 2.5k. That's the opening starting bid. Not all of them get deleted. Depends on the horse and its quality.Need to contact me? Read this first.
