Pangare Black?

So this is one of the foals I recently bred:
Ted von der Blumenwiese
He is a Black Tobiano Skewed Appaloosa with Pangare (plus). However I thought Pangare doesn't express on a Black base, or is that only true with the "normal", "non-plus" Pangare? Anyways, I think his coat is lovely :). -
The plus version had a bug that caused it to show on black. Members liked it and asked for it to stay and since it is not a real gene I kept it in.Need to contact me? Read this first.
