If you're wondering about Brown horses in the game, the game search option is the best to see it with other genes. There are two ways you can do this.
1) You can just type "Brown" in the color search option https://mesa.huntandjump.com/adv_search.php?runsearch=go&jump=0&color=brown&128=0&129=0
2) You can turn the "t" in the Bay Pigment Modifier to "must have" and turn "a", "A", & "+" to "must not have" https://mesa.huntandjump.com/adv_search.php?runsearch=go&jump=0&3=2&4=2&5=2&6=1&128=0&129=0
